Bill Campbell is currently Senior Director Development for Barry Real Estate Companies, where he is responsible for all aspects of project development for Wachovia Tower Birmingham, Prospect Park Alpharetta and the Central Perimeter Portfolio. Bill's prior experience includes Vice President of Russell New Urban Development and Pope & Land Enterprises, an Atlanta based land and office developer. Since 1996, Bill has overseen the development of over 1.8 million square feet of Class A office space in Atlanta. Prior to Pope & Land, Bill was associated with Lend Lease (COMPASS) Development, Holder Construction, and Samet Corporation in North Carolina. In his career, he has been involved in the development or construction of over 3 million square feet of office and industrial properties.
Bill is originally from Alabama, where he received the Bachelor of Civil Engineering from Auburn University and completed his masters coursework in the Construction Management Program at Georgia Institute of Technology. Bill is currently Vice President of Governmental Affairs for the NAIOP Georgia Chapter and a member of NAIOP's National Urban Redevelopment Forum. He has been married to Susan for more than 20 years and has two children.
