Susanne Clearman joined Barry Real Estate Companies in 2000 as part of the Marketing and Leasing team. She was responsible for the coordination and development of all marketing materials including websites, brochures, flyers, presentation boards, and advertising. Susanne developed a program to produce professional grade marketing materials in house saving Barry and its clients substantial marketing costs while at the same time becoming more responsive to market conditions. In 2003, she became a licensed real estate agent in the state of Georgia and now shares the responsibility for the leasing of over one million square feet of office space in Atlanta. Susanne serves as a liaison between tenants and prospective tenants and owners for third party leasing assignments. She is also responsible for all in house market research. She graduated from Georgia Institute of Technology with a Bachelor's of Science degree in Management and a Certificate in Marketing.
