Patty Clark joined Barry Real Estate Companies, Inc. in January, 2006. As the Director of Legal and Compliance, her responsibilities include coordination of all legal matters for the acquisition, disposition and financing of properties. She also coordinates with outside legal counsel on the preparation of contracts, leasing documents, and the formation of companies. In addition, she monitors company compliance with all legal and corporate regulations. Patty has over 10 years of experience in real estate involving all aspects of transactions, financing, land development, land sales registrations, and leasing. Prior to entering into the commercial real estate field, Patty was in account management in the advertising and marketing field. Patty has a Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of Georgia in Journalism and graduated with honors from the National Center for Paralegal Training. Patty has been married to her husband Scot for over 20 years and they live in Smyrna with their 2 cats Charlie and Sweet Tea.
