As a Director of Capital Markets at Barry Real Estate Companies, Madison focuses on strategic analysis, financing and operational execution for Barry's acquisition and development pipeline. Madison has been working in real estate in Atlanta since 2004 and has had the opportunity to work on the acquisition, development or disposition of over 6 million square feet of product across the Southeast. Prior to joining Barry in early 2006, Madison was a Senior Associate at Carter Real Estate in Atlanta. There he worked on Carter's Investments team and focused on acquisition and disposition plays for The Carter Fund. Prior to entering the real estate industry, Madison attended The University of Georgia where he graduated Summa Cum Laude in 2000 with a degree in Finance. After undergrad, Madison spent three years with Wachovia Bank at its headquarters in Charlotte, NC as an analyst. He then moved to Atlanta where he received a Masters of Business Administration from the Goizueta Business School at Emory University. Madison and his wife Lindsay, reside here in Atlanta.
