Lilian Chai joined Barry Real Estate Companies in Oct 2007 and is currently the Property Accounting Supervisor for the Property Management Portfolio for Barry Real Estate Companies. Lilian moved from Malaysia to Georgia in 1986. She graduated with a BBA in Accounting from UGA and has over 15 years of accounting experience started with ASI, Atlanta, later with Cushman & Wakefield, Jones Lang LaSalle, The Griffin Company and Parthenon Realty. She is highly organized and excels in providing technical support in diagnosing, problem solving, adhering to GAAP accounting principles, and effectively communicating on all levels. Lilian is married to Ky and they have 2 sons, Conrad and Paxton and a daughter, Halona. Lilian is a member of Atlanta Chinese Catholic Association, loves to travel, camp, and work out at Barry's gym early morning.
