Kelly is director of Project Development with Barry Real Estate Companies. Since joining Barry in 1998, Kelly has overseen the development of 200 Deerfield Point in Alpharetta, Georgia, a 4-story, 102,000 square foot Class A office building. She has coordinated over $3.5 million in tenant construction projects in both Barry owned developments and third party assignments. Her involvement includes contracting and overseeing the design process, budgeting, and construction. She serves as liaison between architects, general contractors, tenants and building owners. Currently she is responsible for land assemblages for future Barry developments including negotiations with landowners, preparing contracts and due diligence reviews.
Prior to joining Barry Real Estate Companies, she was a Research Associate in the Center for Sustainable Technology at Georgia Institute of Technology. Kelly is a 1997 graduate of Georgia Institute of Technology. She received a Bachelor's of Science in Management with Certificates in Industrial and Organizational Psychology and Marketing. Kelly is a member of CREW Atlanta and the Junior League of Cobb-Marietta.
