Ed joined Barry Real Estate Companies in 1998 to organize and manage the Property Management Services Division of Barry Real Estate Companies. Since that time Ed has successfully opened seven Class "A" projects and taken over the property management for six more third party assignments across the southeast. Prior to joining BREC, Ed was director of Leasing and Property Management at Clarion Realty Services, the former property management arm of Jones Lang Wooten. Ed was responsible for the management and leasing of a 340,000 RSF Class "A" office building in Atlanta's Buckhead office market. Ed was also given the responsibility of providing due diligence efforts on all southeast acquisitions made by Jones Lang Wooten from 1996-1998. Ed actually started his career in 1972 at Koger Properties. He opened and operated 19 buildings, 900,000 SF over a ten year period. Ed Bishop has proven a record of successful management and operations of Class "A" office buildings.
