Deming is responsible for marketing, leasing and management of all Barry Real Estate Companies Properties as well as the approximately 1 million RSF of third party management and leasing assignments. Deming Fish began his real estate career in 1983 working for Koger Properties. In 1985, Deming joined Hal Barry at Portman Barry as a leasing person working on Northpark Town Center and Riverwood representing approximately 1,000,000 and 500,000 RSF respectively. Deming worked with Portman Barry through 1990 when he joined Grubb & Ellis. In 1997, he once again joined Hal Barry, David Barry and Chris Schoen to form Barry Real Estate Services. Deming received a BS in Business Administration with a concentration in Marketing from Florida State University and an MBA from Georgia State University with a concentration in Real Estate. He is a graduate of Marist School in Atlanta. Deming is married to Rhys and has two children, Austin a sophomore at Vanderbilt University and Devin, a senior at Marist
