David joined Barry Hotel Partners in April 2007 and is focused on the design and construction of the company's hotel projects. Prior to joining Barry Hotel Partners, David managed his own company, Edwards Development Services (EDS). David successfully ran EDS for over 16 years, providing development and construction management expertise to the real estate industry. Prior to forming EDS, David was Vice President of Construction for The Ritz-Carlton Hotel Company. At Ritz-Carlton, David was responsible for supervising project developers in multiple locations. Prior to Ritz-Carlton, David was Vice President for Development at Portman-Barry. David received a Bachelor of Civil Engineering from The Georgia Institute of Technology.
