David Barry is the Senior Director of New Business Development of Barry Real Estate Companies, where he is responsible for the coordination of new development efforts for build to suit office and multi-use projects. Previously, David was co-Director of Barry Real Estate's leasing and management divisions. David's real estate career began 15 years ago at Portman Barry Investments where he ultimately led the leasing efforts at the 1,000,000 square foot Northpark Town Center. After a brief tenure with Faison, David and Deming Fish formed the leasing and management divisions of Barry Real Estate 10 years ago.
David is originally from Atlanta where he attended Lovett High School. He attended Southern Methodist University for two years and later received his undergraduate degree from the University of Georgia. He has been married to Angie for 12 years and has two children who attend Holy Innocents Episcopal School.
