Caroline Nolen is on the Project Leasing team, where she is engaged in the leasing and marketing of the company's central perimeter office portfolio, currently consisting of 2.3 million square feet. Previously, Caroline was a leasing Director of Equity Office where she spent over 10 years leasing various buildings in Equity Office's Atlanta inventory. During her tenure at Equity Office, Caroline was part of a team that leased an average of 1.2 million square feet annually in a range of product type. Some of Caroline's transactions included leases with companies such as Pfizer, Philips Consumer Electronics, Rooms ToGo and BellSouth. Prior to her employment at Equity Office, Caroline was an account executive with a local provider of commercial real estate information.
Caroline is originally from Atlanta and attended the University of Georgia where she obtained her BBA in International Business. Caroline is currently Co-Chair of the Leadership Council of the Boys and Girls Clubs in Metro Atlanta, and serves on the Community Service Committee of the Atlanta Commercial Board of Realtors. She and her husband of 9 years reside in Vinings.
