Andy Sumlin is currently the Director of Project Leasing for Barry Real Estate Companies, where he is responsible for the company's project leasing activities. Previously, Andy was a Vice President with Grubb & Ellis Company, where he spent 11 years as a transaction advisor on both the tenant and landlord side of transactions. Andy has been with Barry for almost 9 years.
Andy is a native Atlantan and received his undergraduate degree from the University of Georgia. Andy is currently a Director with the Atlanta Commercial Board of Realtors. He has been married to Kim for 11 years and has two children.
